Turbo IT Standard Terms & Master Services Agreement

The full Master Services Agreement (MSA) is in preparation and will be published here. It sets out Turbo IT’s standard terms in detail and forms part of every order alongside the Turbo IT Service Agreement you sign at checkout.

Where the MSA is not yet published, the Service Agreement and Turbo IT’s general Terms of Service govern your order in full — nothing in this order is left unwritten while the MSA is finalised. Order of precedence: (1) the Service Agreement; (2) the plan and add-ons selected at checkout; (3) the MSA, once published.
